We are sorry to hear that your machine stopped working.
After turning off the power and re-plugging the cable, please turn the power on again to test the machine.
If the problem still persists, you need to repair it. We can take your repair order, but you need to bear the costs based on our support policies. In other words, you have invalidated the warranty in breach of the service guidelines since you used the machine outside of Japan. Please check the attached PDF file regarding the estimate and our support guidelines.
If you agree to proceed on the basis of the conditions found in the attachment, please provide us with the necessary information such as a Japanese address etc.
