先生, 在不知道你地址的情況下, 請問你要他門如何預先告知你到貨時間?
而且他們也只是將貨物交給送貨公司或郵局
具體到貨時間他們亦掌握不了, 通常都只是註明7-14個公作日)
那PXhome的24小時到貨是怎麼一回事呢？？
出貨 若不是在台灣 那麼台灣蘋果 24小時的意義到底是為何呢？
是跟"馬上"一樣的道理嗎？？
是24小時以後一定到的意思嗎？那又何必寫"24小時"？
幾位樓上的大大，也有跟我一樣"看不認眞或理解錯誤"的
還好不像樓主小姐有燃眉之急，不然我想這種"賴在別人頭上"的事件不會是個案！

我不管 Apple 多久出貨，我只在乎甚麼時候可以到貨啊。如果 Apple 從匈牙利或者巴基斯坦（隨便講的）出貨之後走海運，不是要等到明年元宵節甚至二二八啦？
很自然地，消費者會認為 24 小時 出貨 意思是 24 小時內可以到達台灣一般的宅配服務，所以最遲總共 48 小時可以到。有的人甚至會期待是 24 小時 到貨，我覺得也是不足為奇的。
也許不能說 Apple 欺騙，但這是非常明顯地誤導吧。如果我是 Apple，我會派人去 hand carry 或者用 DHL next day 把這個 case 結掉，並且在網頁上詳細說明，這 24 小時是甚麼意思。也許不刻字就可以馬上由台灣出貨，那就跟消費者說明換貨也可以。

Please be aware that 到貨 and 出貨 are two different things, I don't understand that why people would think they mean the same when really they do not.
Besides, personally I don't think PX has the power to represent other companies. The wording of each company maybe slightly different, and this is absolutely up to them. Different people interpret things differently, but 24小時到貨 is in fact quite a straight forward sentence to understand. It means that you will receive the item within 24 hours whereas 24小時出貨 means the item will be shipped within 24 hours.

Very interesting. I don't know if you have noticed that Apple is actually an INTERNATIONAL company. They don't just sell products to people who live in Taiwan. They sell things to other countries as well! Stating the words 'ships within 24 hours' is to inform buyers and let them know that items they have bought WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS. However, they never guarantee the arrival date. By knowing how long the item will be prepared to ship would give buyers a rough idea about what the approximately arrival date might be. If you personally think there is no need to state the words you could just ignore it. But for other people's benefits, there must be reasons for Apple to do it. Imagine if you have absolutely no idea about when they will ship the item, wouldn't this be worse for you?
In addition, as far as I am aware, the standard time calculated for most of the online shops ready to ship the items is 24 hours. The standard shipping time calculated for an item to arrive at recipients address is around 7-14 business days. Therefore basically, I think Apple is just being 'standard'. And there is nothing wrong with being 'standard'.

Sir/Madam, to be fair, it is not Apple but the local mailing organisation or delivery company that deliveries the items to you. There is nothing to do with Apple, they simply receive your order with payment, prepare your order and make sure it will be shipped within 24 hours. When your order is ready, Apple hand it over to post office(s) / mailing organisation(s) / delivery company(s) and any of these organisations will hand your order over to you. And this is how and when the whole process will be done. Why do you keep blaming on Apple about not telling you the arrival date? As a matter of fact, they don't know the arrival date just as you do (not)!
