趁著幫MBP換硬碟時順便詢問了維修中心關於電池的保固問題
當時維修人員看也沒看 就回答我電池應該是屬於正常的耗損
並無更換的可能
今年在網路上看到網友分享蘋果給了維修中心電池檢測的程式
便抱著姑且一試的心態 帶著電池到了維修中心做檢測
維修中心的工作人員以usb開機 run了檢測程式
約30秒檢測程式就跑完了
當下就判定出這顆電池為「BAD」的狀態
工程師詢問了我的MBP序號,查了保固狀態,確認仍在applecare的保固期內
馬上就拿出一顆新電池幫我換上,並給我簽了些文件就完成了更換程序
九月份雪豹推出,我另一顆另購的電池出現了下圖的狀態

一樣拿電池到了維修中心門市做檢測
檢測的結果是「Replace Battery」
跟之前的「Bad」狀況不太相同
當時門市人員無法直接判斷能否換顆新的給我
必須讓工程師做進一步的判斷
過了幾天 門市來電要我領回電池
這顆電池也成功換新了
以上就是我在有applecare的保固下換了兩顆電池的情形
與其在此爭執或質疑,不如帶著你的電池走一趟維修中心問問
前提是你的NB還在保固內
