To change the language of your UP app you will need to change your country on our website www.jawbone.com . Follow the steps below to change your UP app language.
Go to www.jawbone.com on your computer.
Sign in using your email address and password.
Hover your mouse over your Name at the top right hand portion of the screen.
Select Settings.
At the bottom of the screen select the picture of a flag.
Select the country of your choice.
Sync your UP with your phone.
Your language will now be the language of the country selected.

UP24跟其他追蹤睡眠的手機app有不同嗎？
(sleep time, sleep as android, sleep cycle 等等)
因為我只對睡眠追蹤有興趣
但仔細研究後，看到up24也只有偵測移動的感應器
很怕花了幾千塊，結果得到的效果跟60元的app差不多...
