Most of the Internet latency incurred when using OnLive is in the "last mile" of your local connection to your ISP. ISPs vary greatly in latency, and sometimes the same ISP has different latency in different areas. Using a website like pingtest.net to test to a nearby location can help you better understand what your ISP's latency is. The lower the better, but if your "ping" result is much more than 25 msec, we do not recommend using it for online gaming.
