"aboard" 應該是 adverb or preposition.
前面應該是不需要加另一個preposition.
而且我想這邊你應該是要說"abroad",不過這也是個adverb,相同的也不應該加個preposition.
後面的句子也有很多不正確的用法,
Even.......這個句子很怪,
if...........應該是要有另一個子句,
Operator..........這個句子有兩個動詞,還有Ｏperator本身應該加冠詞,
but if..........."aboard"又出現一次,後面接的是that.............這是個代名詞子句,
will be charged.......看起來像是說被收什麼費用,所以前面的先行詞應該是人,
應該不能用that,
不過仔細看完,我還是不知道篇這是說得內容是什麼意思！！
