，為了證實這個可怕的事實，趕緊上到IRIVER美國官網去查詢它的功能規格，又不死心地上YXHOO網站去看前一版的U10資料，沒錯，這兩台MP3就是沒有同步歌詞的功能啦！沒想到自己尋尋覓覓幾個月時間在找尋有同步歌詞功能的大螢幕MP3 player，最後不知是如何頭腦不清楚的買了這台機子！實在很想去撞牆說！
前天趁著難得放了天颱風假，在家整理電腦裡的MP3，準備再重新傳過去CLIX(因為最新版的韌體已經支援直接拖曳檔案到CLIX，這樣一來真的方便多了！)，所以用winamp 在編輯ID3標籤，無意間看到winamp的同步歌詞外掛程式自己在網路上搜尋正在播放的MP3歌詞，很快的就幫我抓回來數十首歌詞，真是一個偉大的外掛程式啊！省去了我多少在網路上找歌詞及編輯顯示的時間，心裡想這下子同步的歌詞檔案也有了，如果自己的MP3 player能夠有同步歌詞的顯示功能該有多好！
這個念頭在腦袋裡放了一天就已經讓自己忍不住在昨晚睡覺前到IRIVER美國官網以殘破癟腳的英文寫了封E-Mail反應給客服，結果在今天下班回家後，打開網路信箱就看到iriveramerica(美國官網)的回覆信件，真不愧是服務至上的美國人作風，難怪很多人都說美國人的公司在客服方面的速度真是值得嘉許！以下是小弟反應給iriveramerica的事情以及客服所回覆的信件內容，在此跟U10\CLIX的使用者做分享，希望大家秉持著"眾志成城"的精神，能夠聲援小弟也向iriveramerica投書反應，建議iriveramerica考慮將歌詞同布功能加入下一版的韌體裡，因為對於MP3 player來說，可以顯示同步歌詞已經是個很基本的功能、趨勢跟潮流，我們不冀盼以MP3 player性能有限的機子可以播放多流暢的影片，但是至少不要浪費了2"以上的螢幕還不能顯示同步歌詞，這就真的太可惜了！

Hello iriveramerica,
As a new user of CLIX, I found this MP3 player is so much funny, especially the combination of CLIX and Cradle advances the whole value of goods, that's why I bought them!
But there is one thing I need to suggest you, please consider to increase the function of displaying the synchronous lyrics in the next version of firmware, the function is very useful to the eastern countries, like China, Taiwan, Hung Kong..etc.
People in these countries like to learn singing songs via a MP3 machine if it could display the lyrics, and furthermore can you image that a so big screen MP3 can't display the lyrics, WHAT A BIG PITY IT IS! REALLY!
I guest the 2.2" screen can display several lines of lyrics at least!! it would be very convenient to us. So, please seriously consider to add the important function in next version of firmware, it would be more popular than to show the album cover picture when the songs play.
By the way, I'd like to tell you another thing, there is a wrong word in traditional Chinese to a option, and the option is "alarm" in English. I wish you could correct the word in the next version of firmware as well, please refer to the attached pictures.
