WAY OUT - SVEDKA VODKA
Once while a time, you feel lost.
Lost from the boring daily work.
Lost from the thing you are seeing everyday.
Lost from put everyone else in front of you.
At this moment, you will just desire a way out.
Out from Office,
Out from the invisible cage.
By doing this, you can take a long vacation, go aboard and drop yourself into a place nobody recoganize you.
Or, paly 36 holes golf whole days and exhausting yourself.
Or, pubing all night long with crazy music and fuzzy drinks with firends..
Or, having a crazy ride on the way home.
Or, reading a book.
Yes, there are a lot of different ways to make you our from current seat.
Then, you may breath a bit of the freedom atomsphere and brain release epinephrin to relax.
However, recently the easier way for me to find my way out is not listed above.
The another way is Vodka (OK, this had been my way for years),
The Svedka Vodka is new on my list.
事實上取得 Svedka Vodka的過程還挺有趣的
母親節帶MITA到科博館透透氣,
原本要去金典晚餐的,但因為重大節慶,餐館一定很多人,
Sonya又一直想吃吉野家,
加上從友人那聽說福科路的愛買附近開了吉野家,這應該不會等很久吧
所以就決定吉野家了,
那為什麼吉野家跟 Svedka Vodka 沾的上邊?
簡單說就是因為車子停在愛買停車場,愛買規定,未消費停車是$60/hr, 但是消費$200.可抵2hrs.
既然要消費,家中的VODKA也該補貨了,就買瓶VODKA吧
一直以來都是Absolut 的固定消費者,夠嗆的味道,
Reasonable price (around NT$500/ L),加上四種FAVOR可以選,總是可以直接的抓一瓶 Absolut 到購物籃,check out.
不過那天正準備要抓Absolut 時卻被一個標籤吸引,
原來Absolut只有排第五 90 分,我不是這種Ranking的Believer,(就像Oscar 選出的 TOP Three Movie, 普羅大眾也不見得買單)
不過既然這瓶SVEDKA Vodka罐子看起來不錯看,又是Clementine Favor, 又hit my price range, Why not have a try. 拿起來想了解多一點,
哇!PRODUCT OF SWEDEN, SWEDEN 出來的東西都不會太差
就這樣把SVEDKA Vodka 帶回家了
通常喝VODKA的方法是直接on rock (只加冰塊),
不過家裡的BALLY's 還有剩那麼一些,VODKA 跟 BALLY's 又是好朋友,
搭配在一起的風味會更相得益彰
今天的BALLY's 是Irish Cream Favor的, 也是B52的好朋友
接下來就開始好朋友們的聚會了
先取出Wiskey 杯, 如同這篇文章表頭所述,拿起酒杯的同時似乎就感覺打開了一個無形的門, find the way out....
放入some rock. (半杯的量)
接著我的習慣是先倒 SVEDKA ,
再倒 Bally's, 比例大約1:1
因為Bally's 密度比較高,比較甜,會往下沉,讓它往下沉的同時,
可以欣賞透明的VODKA跟濃稠的BALLY's 混合的感覺
完成後稍微用攪拌棒混合,
哇啦~這就是今晚的WAY OUT,
再加上一集CSI on Tivo,
PERFECT MATCH
至於SVEDKA 跟 Absolut 的差異,
SVEDKA比較甜,順口,適合奶油酒,巧克力,Bossa Nova.,柑橘的味道很明顯又不會太強烈到蓋過VODKA原本的甜
Absolut 比較辛口,嗆,適合搭配新鮮檸檬根海鹽以及享受豪邁的Shut 乾杯,眉頭緊皺後的放鬆,
結論呢,短期內我會把Way out 的 方法從 Absolut 轉移到 SVEDKA,
當然SVEDKA + Bally's 是最簡單的調法,
