前段時間因自排變速箱升級手排後.隨之而來的就是煞車不夠用了.於是開始收尋加大碟之旅
天天逛逛網拍
.終於看見小弟的賤駒可用的加大碟.價格尚可.不管三七二十一就敗回家啦

噴上化油器清潔劑清潔表面油污

起出19mm+加長杆放鬆螺絲(放鬆就好)

頂上千斤頂

將螺絲取下後.再將輪框放置車底(以策安全)

註:先別將車子頂上.不然輪子未接觸地面.在放鬆螺絲時輪子會跟著轉
若沒馬架.可用拆下之輪子暫替.放置車底以防千斤頂倒下時.造成工作危險
拆下輪子後-原碟盤狀態

然後拆下卡鉗固定螺絲-8mmX2

取出卡鉗

原先流用升級的跑路鯊卡鉗 (活塞較大)

再用6mm螺絲鎖入碟盤預留孔.拆下碟盤

拆下原碟盤後.鎖上加大碟轉接座(延用原卡鉗固定螺絲)

再拿出卡鉗活塞推入工具

放上輪框.鎖上固定螺絲

放下千斤頂.讓輪胎著地.用加長杆鎖緊固定螺絲.嘿.....完工嚕

另一輪同上施工即可
註:完工後請多踩幾次煞車.讓卡鉗活塞推出至正常位置.切勿直接上路
以上為土炮DIY更換.正確應為每個螺絲都需用扭力扳手所至規定之扭力
心得:在裝上加大碟之後煞車省力許多.稍稍一踩就比原先煞車力道大上許多
可說是C/P值極高的傢伙
