上面說的是在"理想"狀態下, 機油最多可以撐(go up to)5000 miles 與10000 miles.
你開車都在"理想"狀態下? 原文可沒有"建議".

下次麻煩用詞不要隨便就用呆灣人這樣的詞。
不然只會顯示自己的無知，查個網站的資料，就拿來當聖旨供奉，拜託有點思考能力好不好。
機油多少公里換，不就很簡單看保養手冊就好。
有必要用可悲，沒知識極點這樣的詞，還要把全台的人都算進去。
