突然劈哩啪啦傳了一段訊息過來 有高手可以告訴我他到底要做什麼嗎..............

這個字是法文的 After， 看完了之後我能理解的是你跟他聊有關於汽車輪框而他叫你去Google上找一個網站叫 Action Tuning （應該是這一個網站 Action Tuning）
然後再瀏覽照片找到你要的輪框及輸入尺寸然後再跟他講你的想法。
至於後面這一段

應該是跟你說Action-Tuning汽車/改車網站，在Google上輸入就可以找到所有的資料。
不過這個人的法文跟英文看來都不怎麼樣。原始的法文應該是如下：
Vous allez sur Google et vous tapez action tuning, apres vous allez sur la photographie et indiquer la référence des jantes. Et dis moi ce que tu en penses.
Merci d'action-Tuning, le site Classifie de Tuning. Frappé sur Google et vous trouverez toutes les choses que vous voulez.
