這是一個生鏽的很嚴重,完全無法通用除鏽等方法修復的葉子板尾部.

首先找到完全無損的標準板.

描下整個要新作的外型部份.

找一片鐵皮,將剛剛描好的紙貼在上面.

使用中心沖打上外型記號.

將鐵皮照剛剛做好的記號剪下..

使用平面切沖將要折的部份全沖過一次.

整體外型大至已形成..

做完最後的塑型後就已完工..
