I mean, what's your point? You are only a consumer, just like me. And if you wanna make a bet on other costumer's response on this instant patch, it's easy. Isn't it stupid to post here to get yourself a bet?
Taiwanese manufacturers do not become well known of its brand, but it's OEM efficiency and capacity. Some of them start marketing on their own brand recent years, and has its lesson hard. Well, but these facts are beyond our information. I don't think I can have any speculation on their success rate, after all, I am only a customer. I mean, arent' you? Or you are stock analysist or marketing resercher trying to have us a lesson here as your past time?
What's your point? I can't tell. But stop that stupid murmruing of things like"slave", and "sleep less, work hard ". If you don't like that , you can simple put a word here to prove that by saying " I don't buy that".

在時間上作文章是對這個產業認識不清, 對理想太過陶醉
一個星期不該update? 那是被之前的PDA大廠慣出來的,
要像Dell HP消費者怎嚜叫都不update才是好喔?
沒issue? 非也, 內部solution 也是 經常update的 ,
是該大廠會決定要不要發updat, 發了會有service effort 或是像這種高級消費者的反彈.
一星期update一版? 非也, 第一版的ROM 可能是兩星期 三星期甚至更久前就決定的
不出? 誰要吸收delay 的損失? 就算一年後也不會bug free,那什麼時候要出哩?
資訊產品, 我就不明說是哪種產品,經驗上我所對過的OEM廠商, 第二天就重發或update 軟體的是經常發生的.
我們可是在真實世界啊！！

Especially since the topic was started from a person who doesn't even know how to program his VCR. I am very impressed that he would care so much about ETEN's X500, and actually had an opinion about patches, and wow, even wasted his time complaining about the product. *BRAVO* I am just so amazed at his point of view. It is very "refreshing".
Let us welcome him to the world of Mobile01. Where we LOVE technology, love to update firmwares, and mostly, we LOVE to upgrade our gadgets!
