Pls decompress 818Evo5.exe with Winrar then double click either "ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3.exe" or "ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G4.exe" according to the model of your device. Good luck! (remenber to hard-reset again after you finish the flash process.
