Diamond 2 刷機的一個錯誤訊息 可否請高手幫忙看一下

各位大大好
我在刷 Diamond2 的時候
用軟體 Topaz-HardSPL_V5_00R5.exe
但是一直無法解鎖

出現錯誤訊息

我幫我朋友解鎖的時候 完全沒有遇到這狀況
但是昨天我買了一支新的 d 2 卻連解鎖都無法 ？？
想請問這是什麼樣的狀況
