請教各位 HTC Touch (p3450) unable to read email content

請教各位

I had a HTC touch P3450. For some reason, I set up an e-mail account in message to receive my email. I can see the email subject but when I click on the email, I am unable to see the content. It give me the blank screen. I tried to hard reset on my device, it won't solve my problem. Here is my device info.
ROM: 2.20.707.1B WWE
Radio: 03.07.09
Protocol: 4.1.13.51
ExtROM: 2.20.707.101
Would anyone know how to solve my problem.
