any recommentation on GPS (which it will connect to a laptop or PocketPC -- PPC2003 Ipaq 19xx)

I wonder if anyone can give me some recommentation on GPS which can be used with laptop and PocketPC (which it runs PPC2003 [ipaq 19xx])?

I will be using it on the road, such as taking train, subway, and visiting different cities.

I do not need to use it in the car.
