英語Nuvi 350 v3.30版本現在出籠。

* Fixed screen corruption on some dictionary and language guide warnings
* Fixed for detour to not leave via point out of route
* Increased width to allow cardinal direction NW to show up in find menus
* Fixed to not change backlight on connection to external power in night mode
* Fixed to update day/night mode as soon as we get a GPS fix
* Fixed Danish pedestrian mode text

可是他這份change list裡面
有add, improvement, increase, change.....
那如果Fix不是代表因錯誤而修正, 那不也奇怪?
大家都說Garmin好, 可是也不能一面倒
Garmin的售後服務跟客服很好, 這點我也認同
可是已經變的本末倒置了...客服變的比產品本身還好?
我也是Garmin產品的使用者之一, 我也想敗Nuvi 350
但Nuvi 350上市才多久, 就已經被End User抓了一堆問題出來
而且還不是少數人, 這是顯而易見的事實
而個人相當不認同這種把End User當成測試者的做法
產品一出, firmware過一個禮拜更新, 而且修正了很多問題
或許有人會說, 這樣的做法很負責, 馬上就出firmware來平息眾怒
但換個角度想, 假設產品在開發階段, 負責quality的單位能夠盡責
盡量把所有問題都找出, 然後在量產前就先解決95%的問題了(不敢說100%)
這樣不是比較好嗎?
產品的基本面一定要顧好
消費者認同的是產品的本質, 而不是客訴的態度
