Fujifilm has announced availability of the fastest CompactFlash card, capable of transfer speeds of up to 310x.
The UDMA-enabled card breaks the current 300x speed offered by cards in Sandisk's Extreme Ducati and Lexar's Professional UDMA ranges, with equivalent transfer speeds of 46.5MB per second.
Fujifilm has said that the card will come in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities, at SRP's of £49.99, £119.99 and £209.99 respectively.
