I have a S2020 that I bought at Fry's.
It's made in Japan.
Customer service is A++++++++.
I went to www.fujitsupc.com on Friday night at 11 pm. There are actually people on support at that time. I was very happy to find someone to help at that hour. We talked to each other using web chat.
My friend has Sony. We try to do the same but nobody is available at Sony.
I highly recommend Fujitsu. You can't go wrong.
