Hm....You might have a serious problem. Many over at thinkpad.com says their T61p crashes when playing 3D games. Lenovo is aware of this problem but so far they don't know what cause it.

Seems like if you pull out one stick of RAM, the problem goes away, why don't you try it? If the problem goes away, then yeah, I think you need to do a repair, unless you don't mind just using one stick of RAM.

No no, if you read it carefully, it effects people with 2 sticks of RAM, 4G or 3G or 2G. It also does not matter if you use Vista or XP. Some people's T61p keeps crashing every time when they do a 3D test or try to play 3D games.
