I'll say.... there are address, phone numbers, and e-mails. So should be OK.....
You can try to call them up during their buisness hours and see if anyone answer the phone and can handle your requests
Basically, there are a lot of small companies like this one in US.
My experience was call them up to make sure this company is actually "there".
Then buy some small and cheap stuff from them and see if you do get the stuff.
If everything is ok after a while (or a few purchases), then you can make some larger orders.
