Hahaha, well....

I do a lot of portrait works si that is why I have lots of overlapping focal length lens. However, I tried to concentrate in focal length from 50-135mm to make sure I can utilize my lenses to produce my favorite preferential portrait shots. Anyway, it is just my personal hobby.

Let's think in an educated way and make decision based upon your own need and environment of picture takings.

You said in your original post: "小弟想要在室內拍照有大一點的光圈(F2.8對我來說夠用了)以及近一點的對焦距離!!"

Your purpose:
1. Indoor shooting (where light might not be sufficient)
2. Aperture size of 2.8 or larger (for both bokeh effects and shoot without firing flash)
3. Close range or close up shooting (shorter focus distance)
4. Adequately sharp lens to outline human faces (human face color tone is rather important)
5. Flexibility of focal length (although not not be so critical since you are taking close range pictures)

Ok, now we have your requirements of lens for your Canon 60D. Let's shopping for the lens and see which one fits your need and fulfills your requirements. First we start with some of the most cheerished portrait lens and see which one is a good tool for you to use.

Nominees of lens: this list is out of my personal preference and subject to your personal taste

1. Sigma 30mm F1.4 HSM
2. Sigma 50mm F1.4 HSM
3. Canon 24mm F2.8
4. Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 VC
5. Canon 15-85mm ISUSM
6. Canon 85mm F1.8 USM

HA, right off the bat, nominee #5 and #6 are out of the game, although #5 and #6 are both good lenses but each of them does not quite fit your requirement.

The #1 and #2 lenses are excellent portrait lenses where you can find lots of excellent portrait photos from the Flickr but both Sigma lenses has a longer focus distance than #3 and #4. We will come back to these 2 lenses later.

The #3 and #4 lenses qualifies your requirements of short distance focus but here is the tricky part. Are you looking for picture quality or short focus distance? Canon EF 24mm F2.8 in my opinion is not a good portrait lense but rather it is a landscape lens. Tamron B005 is generally praised as all purpose lens with adequate picture quality for various photographical needs.

Now, let's go back to Sigma lenses. Sigma 30mm F1.4 is probably the most recommaned lens but you have to be real carefull that 30mm has problems with distortion which is the major reason that kills a good portrait picture. Also, 30mm is hard for you to squeeze headshots to fill 50% of the picture. One more, the bokeh on Sigma 30mmF1.4 is never its strength which is why I never like it.

On the other hand, Sigma 50mmF1.4 is also disqualified because of long focus distance. However, believe or not, Sigma 50mm is my number one choice of indoor portrait lens. The bokeh is amazing and the aperture size of 1.6 and 1.8 is super sharp on my 550D. 50mm gives me equivalent 80mm on my APSC 550d which allows me to easily fill the head portrait photos with face size over 35% to 50% of the picture. What I don't like of all fixed focal length lenses is the fact that flexibility is greatly compromised, I do zoom with my legs. hahaha.

Now, let's take another look of #4 lens and see what we can do with this great tool of photography. Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 VC does give me quite pleasant experience in every aspects. Aperture max at 2.8 is actually good enough for my 550D and I believe on 60D as well since both 550D and 60D have great high ISO performance even at ISO3200. Tamron B005 Focal length range is excellent for our APSC sized CMOS censors and I have no compliant on that. Central sharpness of B005 is actually quite nice although not as good as prime lens but at output level of 4X6 photos, I think only a handful of people can really actually see the difference.

Finally, you might want to ask what my choice would be based upon your needs and requirements of lens.

Well, the lens that will bring most JOY to you in my humble opinion is TAMRON 17-50mmF2.8 VC.
Recommandation reasons:
1. Excellent overal general purpose lens to cover useful focal length.
2. Aperture size of 2.8 gives you workability both indoor and outdoor.
3. Short focus distance enables you to capture great bokeh in portrait shot.
4. VC enables you to take more successful shots in low light conditions.
5. Received many recommandation from professional wedding photographers around the world.

In the end, it is always a pleasure for me to share my personal experience with various lens when it comes to take pictures of family members and children. I just become father last year and I am blessed with twin sons. I enjoy every lenses I have bought because each and every one of the lenses brings me happy memories of my family and all the lenses are used to document my sons' growth.

Cheers and have a nice day.
Go get the lens and start happy shooting pictures.
