感謝轉載 今天終於拿到新的KIT組了, 在此要感謝代為處理的可愛女店長(應該是吧? 還有, 請不要跟我要真相... 在今天取機的期間, 有跟店長聊了一下, 她說她沒看過彩虹會有這麼快且立即的處理換貨(星期三我把機器拿回去, 今天就寄到了), 對了, 她有在01上出没, 並且她也有看到這篇, 但是她不知道她是劇中的店員, 她只是覺得我寫得很好笑而已, 好吧, 親愛且可愛的店長小姐, 拍謝啦, 把妳出賣了

話說回來, 這次這麼快的就得到處理, 不知是否是因為..... 我前兩天手滑掉用破破的英文寫了一封信到日本CANON報怨自己買瑕疪新機所受到的對待, 所以這麼快的就得到回應, 內文簡附如下, 給大家笑一笑吧

Hello sir,

I would like to complian and argue a terrible user experience which I encountered in Rainbow Photo, Taipei as below.

I bought a defective EOS 40D (some dusts inside the viewfinder) in Taipei, and reached Rainbow photo in 11/26 noon which is the SINGLE licensed distributor in Taiwan. Meanwhile, I was lied and fooled by its customer service representative Mr. Wu. Usually, in Taiwan, a brand new product with defects could be exchanged a good/new one within 7 days after you buy it. However, I was told there is no such policy in Rainbow photo for Canon camera. During the conversations, Mr. Wu is rude, told a lots of lie, treats me like an idiot, etc. Even told his line manager lies again! Finally, I was told it's caused by user error, and requested to perform RMA by charging me some money!! It's totally unacceptable and I strongly doubt it's a defect camera from production line or a refurbished camera!!

Could you help to identify this issue? Thanks in advance.
