我有貼幾張用E-P1搭配O的M43 KIT 14-42拍我女兒的照片,
這顆KIT的表現我覺和43的14-42 KIT表示力差不多,
想要濃郁點的發色可以在機身的彩度做增加,甚至是直接選VIVI模式,
你可以比較一下以下的連結中以O的43鏡頭與機身拍的和我用E-P1的14-42KIT拍我女兒照片來做個比較,
我機身設定是:Portrait,對比:Hight/色調:Normal/銳度:Soft

currently, I am using GRD2
it's a really nice compact camera for me to carry around day by day
but the picture quality is limited by it's CCD size
if you are going for picture quality
the APS size 3 layers sensor of DP2 beat the other APS size sensor 100 miles in different aspect...
but gotta remember one thing...
DP2 jpegs are not as impressive as those SAMPLE you saw on forums...

I am very impressed by those images, but I've to admitted that the lens they used were almost all high grade ones rather than kit lens. I think the quality of lens you use will determine how much you could get from E-P1. The statement is also true when you look at the E-P1 images in mobile01 forum, since the images taken by many photographers here, like olddo, were mostly shot with high grade lens in companion with E-P1.
Not like you. Image quality is NOT what I want to pursuit from E-P1. There is no point to use a large, heavy, high grade prime len with it. The whole point of E-P1 is the easy-to-carry size and light weight. Not to mention the deep depth-of-view comes with small CMOS size, which make snapshot much easier, since the hyper focal distance is much easier to reach with wide-open aperture. I will use it as the second camera, in addition to my D3, and primarily used it for street photography and snapshot. In my opinion, E-P1 is currently the best camera on the market for these shooting conditions.
