下雨天開高速公路 路面雨水多且大 . 你需要的是 穩定的 循跡控制 .
而 你這輛車 標準 就已配備有 循跡控制系統了 TCS .
翻開你的 車主手冊 P128頁 TCS 的操作原則 .
"循跡控制系統有助於避免驅動輪空轉而失去抓地力 .
若你車開始打滑 系統就會針對個別車輪煞車 . 必要時也會同時降低引擎動力輸出.
若在濕滑或鬆軟路面加速而空轉時 , 系統就會降低引擎動力輸出來提升抓地力 ."

而 每當你開啟點火開關時 . 系統就會自動 開啟 TCS了 .
所以 使用正常模式 就可以了 .

不需要用到其他任何模式 . 你不需要 運動模式 會增加引擎動力 .操控 . 車主手冊P167頁 .

誰說sport mode一定要大腳最大動力，大雨天重踩是腦子有洞? sport mode路感比較好，況且Ford sport mode下的 AdvanceTrac 還是開的，當失控打滑還是會介入. 看自己喜好選就行了。
Ford標準模式和運動模式，一般如下，
Standard mode - AdvanceTrac, but specifically tuned for the ST to be non-intrusive. Designed for all road surfaces and road conditions - wet, dry or snow, Provides confidence to drive safely regardless of the conditions.
Sport mode - Traction control off, AdvanceTrac on. Traction is controlled by the driver and AdvanceTrac will activate only when necessary. Provides more spirited driving performance.
Off - Designed for racetrack use, gives full control of the chassis to the driver. AdvanceTrac and traction control fully off. Torque Vectoring control remains active, optimizing the sporty handling characteristics of the ST.

運動模式下，TCS關閉(起步循跡)，而AdvanceTrac雖然開啟但卻是必要時才會介入，也就是介入時機很晚，幾乎快到設定極限了(這種家用車，原廠設定一定比較保守，所以應該只是加了安全係數後假設的極限)。
而標準模式，TCS與AdvanceTrac都有開啟，且介入時機比較積極。
除非受過訓練或者本身就是賽車手，一般車主的反應還是需要積極介入會比較恰當。
