2016 Honda Civic Touring Adaptive Cruise Control is standard in the top-of-the-line 2016 Honda Civic Touring Sedan, which has a starting MSRP of $26,500, as part of the Honda Sensing Feature Suite. Honda’s Adaptive Cruise Control includes low-speed follow, allowing you to use the feature in heavy traffic. With low-speed follow, the system will slow down to a complete stop when necessary. The (full speed range) system must be prompted to resume following. The Honda Sensing Feature Suite is also included with the Civic Touring Coupe (shown here). The Civic recently earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s (IIHS) highest Top Safety Pick+ rating. Honda’s ACC uses a radar sensor in the front bumper, along with a camera behind the front windshield. The technology is also available in the Honda Accord, CR-V, and Pilot. Honda first offered ACC in America in the Acura RL.
