一則排水溝蓋害人的新聞, 背後是不是有什麼其他的因素....

大概是 : 騎單車者有權要求在安全路上騎乘的權利 , 與行車方向相同的排水道格柵可能構成意料之外的嚴重危險 , 再者要改善此潛在危險的方法簡單並不昂貴

各縣市的自行車協會，全台灣加起來很多，再加上車友、網友聯署，找個有騎單車的立委，送交法案，省道及縣道應該有合適的排水溝蓋，以增進單車用路人之安全。
