In USA they all will have excellent resale values in the future. I can easily and quickly sell them with very good selling prices in the future!!!
2017 GT-R about 80,000USD
2010 GT-R about 60,000USD
In addition for a non-professional average driver like me these cars will also be equally as fun and fast as those very expensive European cars.
PS: Even though I buy three very good performance cars I will not use up all the budget and still have plenty of money to buy some aftermarket parts for them in the future.
