沒有像後期車款虎口處有凸點讓車主好掌控
因此日系部品針對MAZDA全車系有開發其對應的方向盤皮套
可以讓車主自己DIY縫製,內裝升級也可以有較佳的握感
所以N年前個人有買一組麂皮的自己來DIY如下

麂皮的大家都知道止滑性好觸感佳,但用久它是會變無毛的

在麂皮使用近快6年下止滑性早已沒有....
早在去年就有考慮再買一組皮套回來縫
但玩過麂皮當然不會再重覆,因這玩意$$也不低
直到3月中旬才訂購了一組品牌主打色系的皮套
部品番號,末2碼03就是代表紅色也註明了(RED/BK)

使用快6年的麂皮,已經可以看到光禿禿皮還可反光

縫製上要拆除氣球蓋及前後飾蓋才比較好縫也好看

當全數拆完後再把盤擺回去,這樣會比較好縫

原廠盤真面目

套上皮套僑好位置準備縫製皮套
虎口及下緣都要貼雙面膠好附著於方向盤上及固定

下方處僑好LOGO中心點黏著後,可開始縫製
縫線走位可以順著原廠盤縫線跟著走
因這樣皮相接就會置中不歪偏

下方左右2處縫合後,皮套虎口黏著固定後開始縫上半部

水餃墊位置黏著要跟皮套凸部同位一致

剩最後一區塊即可完工

皮套縫製完成,虎口處及下緣依情況可修改
讓飾板,氣球蓋好裝回,若皮多卡住喇叭會卡卡

由於有縫過的經驗所以縫水餃墊位置時
這次刻意往內側縫,使縫線位置不置中
這樣看,摸起來的會較好也縫的緊實

原本以為選紅色會太艷會不搭調
但當我縫好後車室內裝質感立馬又加分
此皮套如果是紅車搭配更是一絕
