自從上次用破英文寫信到steam求助以後
經過許多天客服終於回信內容如下

Hello, Thank you for contacting Steam Support. I apologize for the delay- are you still experiencing this issue? Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
Delete all of the files in this folder except: The \Steamapps\ folder and Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo) Restart your computer. Then, launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut. With Steam running, re-test the original issue.
Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games. 因為小時英文沒學好可不可以請大大幫翻譯一下,特別是中間那段
是說要我把除了 The \Steamapps\ 這目錄以外的其他東西都殺光光嗎????
如果是的話,那我又要去哪邊執行steam.exe這檔案(不是都殺掉了??)
還請各位大大幫解惑一下
