She (Should be he) has dual spec and both are in TANK spec ...
His DPS output is somewhere in 8K dps in DPS gears with single hand wep + shield ...
I guess I don't see it a lot to discuss here ...
This guy tanks in ICC 10 men & also switch spec during the fights a lot ...
