無意中在上海銀網站看到，它們長久被評為BBB+，還算不錯。
上海銀行每年都有賺錢，只能是B級，那台灣有幾家公司是A級的？可能只有台積電，華碩幾家吧？
如此，我們買高收益債券，它是投資在BB等級的債券，就被認為是垃圾債，有高風險，那台灣的許多公司不就都是垃圾公司了？
我們的政府負債那麼多，也就成為……。（說出來怕被刪文）

菲律賓政府當時還辦了個記者會,慶祝國家奪得BBB-,國家重回投資等級,
原來是烏龍一場.
