Yeah, his english is not the worst i have ever seen, but close enough.

Usually, i do not make fun of people with bad English, after all, for it is not our own language.

However, using bad English to cheat, then it is a different story. HAHAHA....

Though, the beauty about English is that , it is quite easy to understand "Broken English"
