I'm waiting for new guideline. It seems to be more effective to mix the AZ/J&J with mRNA vaccine. Also, there's more evidence that Pfizer/BNT vaccine's effectiveness starts to wane after 6 months. a few weeks ago, we thought these vaccines can last a long time, perhaps life long. Now, we're not so sure.
Most likely, the elderly and people who are more vulnerable will be the ones that should get a booster shot. When they should get the booster shot is another question.
It's a balance test, since there are side effects to all 3 vaccines. You need to weigh the risk with the benefits.
