My point is, if 恰恰 is really that good, doesn't matter if he is 16, 26, or 36, there will be MLB teams interested.

About Manny, it was just an example, I don't think he is worth 6 years either. But the point is, age is a factor, but shouldn't be the biggest issue.
So are you saying even if a MLB team comes to 恰恰 and sign him, he still can't go? I don't know the rules in Taiwan. But if that's the case, that's a lousy rule.
I am not saying 恰恰 don't have the talent to be good, maybe if he was there when he was young, he could make it. But the point is, he wasn't there, and this is now. Is he good enough now to make it? That's the question. And so far MLB teams don't think so.

不在於他與cpbl合約如果，其實就是上面這句話，does mlb think so or not?
日本有前例不是因為合約問題，而是他們有人開啟先例，讓mlb了解到日本的打者可以挑戰mlb，
而mlb會只簽台灣小將是因為，就我的了解，是想要從小養成，他們相信自已的養成能力，
他們也經由經驗相信日本球員在30歲上下時，在日本的能力，
在台灣，第一個就是沒有前例，再來是，他們寧願要簽台灣小將，也不要簽台灣老頭子，
就前面所說的，台灣球員的使用年限都不長，這也是別人考慮的，所以，31歲的恰恰還能打多久？
實力是否夠？如果不夠的話是否有能力接受養成？又需要養多久？這全部都是issue...open issue.
即使是mlb，不要說manny，年紀一定是個問題，在ws過後，一定會有一長串新聞關於眾多自由球員合約問題，
其中考慮的重點之一，我相信年紀一定是放在裡面。

第一...Manny雖然36歲了..但是他有優異的MLB成績寫在哪..所以..自然會有球隊要給他長約高薪..
第二...在野茂英雄之前..日本職棒選手再怎樣表現優異..MLB也不會想花大錢去給他簽下來..
因為對於MLB來說..日本職棒的實力僅能當作參考..
但是當野茂打開了這扇大門..讓MLB也了解到日職的明星球員也是有實力打MLB的..
所以MLB的球探就會去挖角日職的明星球員..
另一個..日本在3年前的經典賽能夠奪冠...也是造就松板的轉隊費那麼高的原因..
綜合以上兩點..
30歲的恰恰沒有MLB的成績..
也沒有經典賽MVP的頭銜..
更沒有中職的前輩在MLB大展身手的引領..
MLB的球探不會來找恰恰是很正常的事......
所以不能打MLB真的就是恰恰實力的問題嗎?..
那可未必......
