在第 13/14 代處理器不穩定問題尚未獲得徹底解決之前,Intel 不得不透過現有的售後機制來穩固消費者的信心,稍早在官方社群上宣布將現有已發售的第 13/14 代盒裝處理器推出延長 2 年保固的措施,加上原本 3 年的有限保固期,將整體保固期延長至 5 年之久。
Intel 表示官方致力於確保在其第 13 代和/或第 14 代桌上型處理器上出現或當前出現不穩定狀況的所有使用者在更換過程中都能獲得支援,宣布將為盒裝版本的第 13 代/14 代桌上型 Core 處理器提供 2 年的延長保固支援,延長保固的相關細節部分將在未來幾天陸續公布。
而如果是使用 OEM 整機出貨的客戶,已經在 Intel 第 13 代/第 14 代桌上型電腦系統上遇到不穩定的狀態,請聯絡系統製造商的支援團隊來獲得進一步的說明,另外 Intel 也對於這次次事件的延遲回應表示抱歉,也承認要確認以及解決這個問題的原因真的相當具有挑戰性。

Intel is committed to making sure all customers who have or are currently experiencing instability symptoms on their 13th and/or 14th Gen desktop processors are supported in the exchange process. We stand behind our products, and in the coming days we will be sharing more details on two-year extended warranty support for our boxed Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors.
