那是貼在外箱上

箱子裡面不用放那個東西沒關係

我之前寄, 只印寄送的地址 (含RMA 號碼) 貼在外箱就可以了

那裡面沒有附上列印下來的也沒關係嗎?
只要把RMA碼寫在紙箱外面 就OK了?

另外想問一下 因為當初的紙盒跟包裝都不在了
可以去書局買氣泡信封袋裝
然後直接送到中正北路1676號嗎?

沒關係, Seagate 只要看到外箱上貼有 RMA 號碼, 以及裡面有要送去 RMA 的硬碟 (序號也要對)

這樣他們才能受理, 沒印那張根本沒差

我送兩次都沒附, 兩次都 RMA 回來

原始紙盒包裝不在沒關係, 不過用氣泡信封袋裝不知道會不會撞傷硬碟

我是買郵局的 50 元便利箱寄過去, 裡面找東西把硬碟包好就好


我第一次寄的有把完整流程拍照下來, 可以參考:

這是簽名檔
送修Seagate 2.5吋160G IDE 硬碟,從郵局寄出(4/16),Seagate退貨和訂單狀態在(4/21)"Seagate 已收到 "更改為"是",至今二週(10個工作日)。

請問大約要等幾天打電話去問才適當呢?

我都是去郵局買有氣泡內袋的便利袋,60元就萬事OK
其實只要花 50-的郵局便利袋...故障品有沒有氣泡紙都沒差了.

但是網路登記的RMA號碼真的附上去比較好,我寄出去的日期是 2010/0503,在 0508 收到西捷的通知,0511 下午收到全新包裝的硬碟.

只能說這次西捷為了名譽,拼了吧!

PS:我的硬碟是500G有問題的那批續號.
前幾天RMS了一顆320g,今天終於收到Seagate的回信
不過小弟英文不好,希望各位朋友幫小弟看一下
先用google翻譯一下,信件內容似乎是說不在保修範圍
但問題是,信件提到寄回來要我負擔相關費用
請問大家有遇過這種情形嗎,要多少錢?

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number is 1003071305.
