We have it, but it's not released yet. It was discussed in the past. Search might turn it up.

I'm not a fan. But that goes for the competitor's version as well. I think they both look worse than leaving the feature off. They are not near HD "quality", as you can't invent detail that wasn't there previously--very much marketing speak. The are near HD resolution if you prefer a sharper look to a blurrier look. I prefer the blurrier look by a wide margin. My coworkers mostly prefer the sharper look and think I'm insane.

Take a DVD screencap in PhotoShop, resize it up to HD resolution, and then run the sharpen filter on it a few times. That's kinda what it looks like.
