求救，Windows Server 2008 的 Hyper-V 問題

各位大大，小弟斗膽在這邊請問一下

前幾天自組電腦完後去微軟抓 Server 2008 R2 的 IOS 檔 安裝 64位元的版本。

安裝好後在新增 Hyper-v 功能。

之後想在虛擬一個 Server 2008 (32位元)

現在情況是Hyper-v安裝完成，

虛擬一個 Server 2008 也ok!!

但是按下start 後，出現以下訊息~


This application encountered an error while attempting yo change the status of "我 virtualc machine 的名稱".


到最底下的一行!!

Could not initialize the virtual machine could not be started beacuse the hypervisor is not running.

所以我是要查硬體還是設定??


再麻煩各位大大；頭痛中
