請問有人收到ASOS寄來的支票嗎?

在ASOS定了8~9次~昨天終於遇上了要退貨~外包裝是我要的型號~但是裡面卻是不同型號的牛仔褲~MAIL給ASOS他們也很乾脆要我退還貨品~也EMAIL附件(ATTACHMENT for INCORRECT INTL Refund - Postage Receipt Form to Fax or Scan.docx)但是格式好像跟版主的不太一樣~他好像要直接退到我信用卡~是新措施嗎

關於退支票問題....
我到現在還沒收到asos退的支票!!
已有寫信詢問!
回覆說有點延遲了...希望我再等14個工作天....
不知道asos 到底什麼時候才會寄來!!

這可能是新措施吧!
最近沒買我也不知道!
但是若改用刷退應該會快很多!!
例如 AllSaints 是用刷退退郵資!
問完我的卡號當天就刷退了!!
希望asos改用刷退效率可以好一點!!!
真的有給他無言到...

我用EMS把包包寄回ASOS,EMS在2/21顯示投遞成功,也有收件人的名字了,但是
ASOS說並沒有收到物品,所以無法辦理退款...
怪了 我寫信去問是否有信用卡刷退的退郵資方式
但是回覆如下:
I can confirm that we no longer accept card details from our customers and that all refunds are currently being processed by cheque, so we can not send you a document for you to provide your card details. We have found sending a cheque to be the most secure way to issue your refund.
只退支票,怪了???

我只想說asos退支票很不乾脆,我已經處理一個多月了,寫幾次信問他們還跟我說前一次支票寄丟了!

說會再寄一次新的叫我再等10幾天。給大家有個經驗!!

要ASOS退運費我看是別期望太大了..
我想請問,今天我收到一件Diesel褲子,版型跟尺寸是對的,但刷色是錯的
剛剛有寫信給客服了,他回覆叫我要寄回,然後就像分享的版友所說要附一些郵資證明給他
我的問題是,那在我寄回去的這段期間,他會幫我保留我原本褲子的尺寸嗎?
若寄回去之後,他的商品卻沒貨了那該怎麼辦?
希望有經驗的大大幫我解答,謝謝
