說取消訂單並退款，上ASOS網站看那筆訂單狀態也顯示取消

結果今天在上去看，發現這筆訂單出貨了....
因為訂單取消原因我又重新下標等於是買了2次同樣商品
3筆訂單都出貨了...
結果要選擇退貨
退貨頁面卻沒有那筆訂單....
這到底是什麼情形??
第一次在ASOS購買東西就中標....
