You don't enforce the deposit but the legal agreement
I am no expert in US law so I am not going to argue with you on this, but my instinct tells me that the enforceability of a pure contingent "dealer trade" agreement and one with a cashed deposit check behind it is definitely different; and if the buyer choose to, it shall not be difficult to put up a case for it, and I suspect that's why the management of the dealer did spend time entertaining Coolrance, although at the end Coolrance's deal may not but as fantastic as he thought
If you are proficient in relevant laws or a lawyer by training, please correct me if I am wrong

你自稱一年買三台名貴車輛，你買車的折扣或是禮遇絕對跟一般人不同，除非你每一台車(不限等級)都跟不同車商、業務購買，每一次都是第一次合作，那麼你說你都要求人家先調車來再談價格就真的很厲害，但你是這樣嗎？
