Its not 15.4kg its about 10kg in my size L. If it was 15kg I would not have bought it.

I am still thinking about how to lower the weight but not much can be done except for lighter wheels and brakes.

I think that lower 10 kg is very good, except use military's Kevlar carbon fiber.
