and strida 5.0 $ in TW is really in favor of TW buyer!

LT $500.
DS $1200.
my question is since strida TW can sell 5.0 to TW buyer at NT$15000, according to price ratio in US, why strida TW can't sell LT at NT$9375 and DS at NT$22500?
what's the reason to discriminate TW buyer for those 2 models?
