美豬明年來台 吃的量大才要擔心? 醫:"這些人"根本不能碰





Many European countries have turned to directly selling pigs to China, which is depleting pork in their own countries. The US and Brazil are changing directions to meet the demands of both China and Europe. It is because of this great deficit of pork that the Chinese demand has increased. Also, due to the ban on ractopamine in China, US companies are not using it so they can sell their product to fill demand.

Producers and packing companies in the US are banning ractopamine
• Seaboard Foods
Seaboard has been ractopamine-free for many years and were the first large US producer to do so.
• Smithfield Foods
In 2018 Smithfield Foods also stopped ractopamine use from their finishing barns. This was largely in response to selling most of their pork products directly to China and even more so a result of Chinese ownership.
• JBS and Tyson
Tyson and JBS – major US pork processors - announced in October 2019 that they will join Smithfield by banning the use of ractopamine in pigs marketed to their plants in the first quarter of 2020. This decision was made to compete more effectively for export opportunities, specially China.


有些疑惑,要賣東西給人家,當然是要符合買方的要求。哪有買方要接受賣方的瑕疵?中國說不要瘦肉精,美國就可以給不加藥的產品。台灣就得要接受加藥產品,還要自我麻醉說無害?

冷凍豬肉進口多少年了
溫體豬肉占了8成多的市場
含萊克多巴胺的豬肉只能競爭冷凍豬肉的市場罷了

因價格相對便宜,應會被用於加工食品及路邊攤。記得新聞剛出來時,記者有訪問一些飲食店業者,當時即有一業者承認價格便宜時會使用,所以要去小飲食店或小吃攤時需小心,建議儘量少去點豬肉,改吃其他肉品吧!

FDA scientists have long expressed concern about the human health effects of ractopamine,
dating back to FDA’s approval of the drug without even one complete human study. Butopamine,
the RR stereoisomer of ractopamine, had been considered as a human therapeutic during the 1970s,
but research was discontinued due to severe cardiac side effects, including tachycardia. Only one
human study of ractopamine was attempted before FDA approved the drug
; it started with a sample
size of only six men, but one was removed from the study when he began experiencing an
abnormally rapid heart rate. Indeed, the study was supposed to include escalating doses up to 65
and 100 mg, but “no subjects received the 65 or 100 mg dose” because “they were experiencing
clinically significant heart rate increase at the 40 mg dose.”

Use of ractopamine has raised concerns regarding swine welfare, particularly on behavior, ease of handling, susceptibility to stress, and incidence of fatigued, non-ambulatory market-weight pigs (Marchant-Forde et al., 2003). Finishing pigs fed ractopamine have been found to be more difficult to handle and more susceptible to fatigue and stress with aggressive handling, especially at high inclusion of ractopamine (James et al., 2013c; Ritter et al., 2017). Implementation of low stress handling and transportation practices is particularly important with pigs fed ractopamine in order to safeguard welfare and minimize losses.



Listen up, bacon lovers (hello, most of the planet): There's a threat to your beloved meat, and it's got nothing to do with saturated fat. It's called ractopamine, and it might be in most bacon you eat.

If you're thinking racto-what?, you're not alone. Ractopamine belongs to a class of drugs commonly administered to animals called beta-agonists, which increase protein synthesis and help animals pack on muscle weight. It's fed to an estimated 60% to 80% of US pigs in the weeks before slaughter. The drug is now beginning to get buzz because the USDA just granted approval for meat manufacturers to use the phrase "produced without ractopamine" on labels if they don't use the drug.

What's the deal with this mystery drug? While the research is still out on its effect on humans, it's been shown to cause hyperactivity, broken bones, death, and other issues among pigs, according to FDA records.

The good news, though, is that ractopamine is pretty easy to avoid if any of this news upsets you—and you don't even have to seek out products that explicitly state that they're free of ractopamine. Here's what you can do:
• Buy organic: Organic meat is never produced using ractopamine or similar weight-boosting drugs.
• Buy small and local: Sourcing meat from small local farms and farmers' markets where you can actually talk to the farmer about their practices is another safe bet.
• Go "natural": Several producers of "natural" meats, like Applegate and Niman Ranch, do not use beta-agonists. Not sure about your product? Call up the company and ask.
• Hit up Whole Foods and Chipotle: Both only source meats that have not been produced with beta-agonists like ractopamine.

豬農我記得是因為100億補助才閉嘴。

目前已經開始已經減少吃豬肉食品及豬肉加工食品,先習慣一下,慢慢減量。
牛羊豬雞鴨魚,牛豬先排除,也開始減少消費豬肉加工食品。
本來一周至少6~7餐有排骨、控肉、腿庫、滷肉等等,現在頂多加滷肉滷汁,其他主菜已經不點了。

你把內臟,豬血放那裡了?美國人幾乎不吃這些東西,進口成本一定便宜很多.
以這樣的標準,吃美豬不能有副作用,那幾乎所有的藥品都要禁止使用了,蔬果都有農藥殘餘容許量。
吃甜點喝飲料不得含糖,因為天天攝取太多糖造成副作用也不小。
檳榔檳榔最好吃,檳榔檳榔最可靠
