蛀牙新療法 塗膠免鑽孔+++++

去年德國一家醫療器材公司開發出一種腐蝕蛀牙用的酸性膠。 該產品只要塗在蛀牙的部位，幾分鐘之後，酸性膠就會穿透琺瑯質，腐蝕掉蛀的部份。這種技術讓患者不用再聽到鑽牙的「滋滋」聲，應該能讓更多人願意上牙醫診所吧！

使用這種器材時，牙醫首先要保護好牙齒的健康部分，再將鉛筆大小的注射器放進病患口中，注射器接著朝牙齒蛀蝕部分噴出少量酸性膠，幾分鐘後，酸性膠滲透琺瑯質、進入牙腔，醫師就可以開始清潔牙齒、以酒精乾燥，最後再以快乾樹脂填補清除蛀牙後的缺口，並以高能量的藍光迅速補強。整個過程不到15分鐘即可搞定，而且填補後的缺口，看來與正常琺瑯質無異。

A medical equipment company in Germany recently developed an acidic gel used to corrode cavities. Simply apply this product to where the cavity is, and in a few minutes the acidic gel will penetrate the enamel to eat away the part with the cavity. Then, all the dentist has to do is rinse it out with alcohol and fill it with quick-drying resin in order to complete the treatment process. The entire process only takes about 15 minutes. As this technique will give patients a break from the buzzing sound of drills, it should make more people willing to visit dental clinics!
