小弟一周前開心的簽了台鈦銀2.0XS回家!
一切使用愉快,只是冷車啟動開始移動車輛時常聽到金屬摩擦聲音(喀拉喀拉,清脆聲音),
本來還以為是心理作用,這兩天越想越不對勁,
開了車窗仔細一聽才發現聲音是從駕駛座位前方車底下傳來orz....但是行駛一段路後此聲音又不見了.
目前確定是幾乎只有冷車剛啟動時才有此金屬摩擦聲.
想請問各位版上先進,這樣的情況是正常的嗎@@?
由於不放心,小弟今天準備提早回廠作一千公里保養(目前860k),
還希望各位大大不吝替小弟指點迷津~先謝過大家了!
周末車在相對溫暖的中部狀況就緩和許多,雖然不是完全沒有聲音
但聲音只是只持續兩三秒就會自己消失...
本以為換油之後會搞定..
無奈回到北部,今早10度低溫發動狀況卻和保養前一樣...囧
心想再盤算著回廠留車之前,想說天氣應該有影響,就逕自google搜尋" forester cold start noise"

開版者有段描述如下:
"You can see the motor uses a pair of chain tensioners which I'd bet are tensioned by oil pressure. When my foz sits overnight, these must bleed down and there is a rattle for a second until oil pressure pumps up the tensioners. It's fine the rest of the day and makes no noise on start-up otherwise. I'm told that it will cause no harm and looking at the pics can understand why, but it's annoying none the less. Just an FYI. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, given the choice I would still take the 2011 over a 2010 SOHC model"
看底下回應才發現,似乎有不少人跟小弟一樣有此症狀..
其中有人提到:
"The rattle would be from drain-down of the hydraulic tensioner(s) when the engine is off. The TSB will probably be a modification to the check valve that keeps oil in the tensioner."
小弟不才..這是說要回廠去調整正時鏈條的設定嗎?
還記得小弟回廠大保養反映此問題時,現場技師都說這顆是新引擎..舊的是沒聽過有這樣的狀況orz..
小弟對愛駒一切滿意,就是冷車發動的喀拉喀拉聲讓人很在意....
