我在考慮要不要加入一些髒話....反正我們是歹丸郎!

Dear Subaru:
My name is XXXX
I am a Canadian/Taiwanese national currently living in Taipei, Taiwan
My vehicle is a 2007 Subaru Outback 3.0R
VIN: JXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Currently mileage: 72,000 km
I purchased my Subaru Outback 3.0R from Subaru of Taiwan (SOT) new in 2007 because I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Subaru's legendary reputation for outstanding quality and peerless engineering.
My Subaru Outback 3.0R was the flagship of the entire Subaru offerings in Taiwan, It was the most expensive Subaru model money can buy at the time and with a manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) set at a whopping 1.88 million NT dollars (or about 6.33 million Japanese Yen! or around the price of a brand new BMW 3 series in Taiwan), despite the staggering price, I still decided to put my faith and hard-earned money into my Subaru Outback 3.0R.
For the ownership experience, initially my Subaru really didn't disappoint. It has provided me and my family with outstanding reliability, comfort and driving experience typically associated with Subaru vehicles............Until about 2 years after purchase, the dashboard will always excrete a layer of sticky and slimy substance when heated by the outdoor sun, and the substance will only go away when the vehicle is under a shade during the day. It was really annoying but I have decided to live with that phenomenon since there is nothing I can do to prevent or cure it.
However, after 5 years of indoor underground only parking and meticulous maintenance performed only by authorized Subaru dealers, My vehicle's top dashboard (IP Trim) piece has suddenly....and SHOCKINGLY!!! developed 5 distinctive cracks across both the driver and front passenger sides in locations that is not reachable by direct sunlight.
I have owned more than 10 vehicles in the past, some of these vehicles were well over 15 year old and never before have I seen this happen to any car.
Truth be told I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED by the quality of my Subaru. This quality issue has effectively rendered SUBARU to be the only automobile manufacturer in the world whose dashboard is a "consumable", just like tires and wiper blades, but only HUGELY MORE EXPENSIVE!!!
Obviously my local dealer has denied any responsibility by telling me that it is "normal wear and tear"
Therefore, as a senior member of various Subaru online clubs, forums and FACEBOOK around the world (UK, USA, Canada, Taiwan, China, Hong-Kong, Singapore and Netherlands etc.) I feel obligated to broadcast my misfortune around the world with every means possible (medias, consumer protection bodies, government agencies etc.) so people around the world will be able to make a more educated decision before purchasing a Subaru that needs periodically dashboard replacement at owner's own expense!!
Frankly speaking, cars made in China these days have better quality than SUBARU!!
Yours Truly
XXXXXXX
