Mclaren MP4-12C is actually in the same class as 458 and lp560-4
it's designed to compete directly with them
mp4-12c is newer than other two cars, so naturally it will be a bit more powerful than the other two, but the performance is very close

lamborghini avendador is in a higher class than mp4-12c, no matter if it's the power, size, price etc
mclaren is building another supercar to compete with that, it will be due in 2015.

some stats:
mp4-12c: 600ps, 0-100km/hr in 3.3seconds, top speed 205mph
458: 570ps, 0-100km/hr in 3.4seconds, top speed 203mph
lp560-4: 560ps, 0-100km/hr in 3.7seconds, top speed 202mph
lp570-4 superleggera: 570ps, 0-100km/hr in 3.4seconds, top speed 202mph

gallardo lp560-4 is already the oldest of the three cars, so lamborghini is already on its way to create a new replacement
